Prague's historic city centre has welcomed a new food and beverage destination. At the corner of Kaprova and Žatecká Streets, just a short walk from Old Town Square, American restaurant chain Popeyes has opened its doors, bringing its signature Louisiana-style chicken to one of the city's most distinctive neighbourhoods. The popular fast-food concept adds a taste of the American South to the vibrant streets of Prague's Old Town.
The prominent corner retail unit, offering a total area of 500 sqm, benefits from excellent visibility, expansive storefront windows and a strategic position near the Staroměstská metro station. Inside, bold orange and turquoise accents are combined with natural materials, creating a contemporary dining environment that contrasts with the surrounding historic architecture. The location naturally appeals to both local customers and visitors exploring Prague's city centre.
Securing the right premises for an international restaurant concept in Prague's historic centre requires a thorough understanding of the location and its unique characteristics. Tomáš Vavrečka and Petr Kouble from RAF Advisory worked together on this transaction, helping Popeyes expand its presence with another attractive address in the Czech capital.
